Rob Bauder
Rob is a business development entrepreneur, independent executive producer and private equity investment partner in technology and entertainment.
He partners with advanced technology experts and creative developers to accelerate growth in early stage business by cultivating executive relationships across multiple industries. He is an executive producer for MOONDOG Animation Studio. Rob works with Family Offices and accredited investors to fund investment in new technology and owned entertainment.
Previously, he was an executive building brands and personalized experiences for consumer goods manufacturers and retailers using data, analytics, loyalty marketing and omni-channel media. He was a prolific innovator launching over 100 new products in toys and sporting goods. Rob graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served as a U.S. Army officer.
Bob Dickinson
Bob Dickinson is founder and president of Dickinson Partners Group and STEAM Sports Foundation.
Dickinson Partners Group works primarily with young companies whose businesses touch sports and/or entertainment. Its primary functions are business development, strategic marketing, customer acquisition and financial investment advisement.
The foundation’s focus is on special events, conferences, scholarships/grants, and curriculums with an emphasis on workforce and talent development in areas of sports, film and entertainment.
A career sports and television executive, he has held positions in college athletics, the National Football League, Turner Sports where he was involved in several Olympics, and in motorsports where he headed media and communications for the American Le Mans Series and was COO of TRG/Aston Martin Racing, N.A.
An active advocate for social and racial justice, he sits on the board of directors for Young Authors Publishing, Bridging the Gap, and STEAM Sports Foundation.
Tom Swanson
Tom is a top funding and sponsorship specialist. He has raised more than $1 billion during his career spanning feature film and entertainment event production, sports marketing sponsorship and event creation, and non-profit organization fund raising.
He is CEO / Executive Producer of One Fifty Films, an independent Film Production Company, where he executive produced several feature films winning several international awards. In addition, Tom is an Advisory Board Member for Magic Leap, a global leader in Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality, since 2013. He has been a Partner and Executive Producer of MOONDOG Animation Studio, since 2015.
Tom created and activated some of the largest integrated marketing sponsorship campaigns for many Fortune 500 companies. His work, recognized for his creative approach to leveraging sponsorship’s, has won some of the industry’s most prestigious awards. He holds a J.D., Doctor of Jurisprudence.
